Mr. Mountain serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Big Bad Corporation. He has served as Chairman since April 1999 and Chief Executive Officer since April 1996. From June 1984 to March 1996, he served in a variety of upper management and director roles in the drug manufacturing, logistics and distribution industries for a number of undisclosed organizations.

Mr. Donohue is Chief Executive Officer of Prisons for Profit Inc., a private company specialized in incarceration services, a position he has held since 2012. Mr. Donohue also currently serves as an advisor for Federal Bureau of Prisons and and United States Department of Justice. He was previously at the service of Chinese Communist Party.

Mr. Bolardo is Chief Executive Officer of a confidential weapons manufacturing company, a position he has held since July 2003. Mr. Bolardo was previously with the Central Intelligence Agency and worked in Central and South America and in Central Africa.

Ambassador Smith is a diplomat and Ambassador to the United Nations, a position he has held since October 2017. Mr. Smith has also been Ambassador to a numberof countries in all five continents. He was previously working for the White House under President Clinton.

Mr. Cuntoff is the former Chief Executive Officer of Water Rights Managent, Inc., a company reponsible for maintaining water right records on behalf of states' Water Authorities. Mr. Cuntoff left Water Rights Management in March 2018 in order to be able to fully commit his time to Big Bad Corporation. Mr. Cuntoff has been working for Big Bad Corporation in various roles since December 1988. Mr. Cuntoff's father was also a Big Bad Corporation board member.

Mr. Masterson is Executive Chairman of the Board of West Grid Group, a private company operating a number of private power grids and power plants, a position he has held since January 2010. He also currently serves as an advisor for a numeber overseas governments. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer at Nuclear Solutions and Power LLC, a company specialized in nuclear energy solutions.
